Problem while replying to a ticket

Hi all,
We had a strange problem in RT yesterday. When a user replied to a
ticket by giving the CC address list with Real Names separated by comma,
it sent out a txt message to all those people who had a cellphone.

To go back a lit bit, we had updated the Users table with profile
information from Active Directory. So, right now in the Users table we
have information for Cell phone, Address, Real Names, Email Address and
others in sync with the AD information.

Right now I am trying to figure out why it sent a txt message? Any
