maybe you can help me. i have got a problem,
that is NO faq-problem, and i cannot find a work-
around in the documantation of RT.
i can work with RT via webUI. no problems!
but when i want to send a email to RT, i get
back the following message per e-mail:

You need to set the Default ACLs per the Installation and Configuration guide.
