I have tried to install both RT 1.0.2 and RT 1.0.5 on Solaris. All seems
to work okay except the user’s actual content (whether mailed or entered
through the web) will not display in the browser. The content is
getting stored (in my case in /var/local/rt/transactions/yyyy/Mon/dd).
Any ideas what I’m doing wrong? All the case metadata is being
displayed properly and stored okay in MySQL.
