Problem autocreate tiket

Need help!! i have problem about my RT. i use fetchmail for auto create tiket from email but, sometime failed sent email for another mail address. and mail system auto sent notification email Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender and always create new ticket. how to stop auto create tiket from some email. thank you

Once RT has started to process the email, you’re pretty much going to get a new ticket created. The options I think you have are:

a) cull these emails in the mail system before fetchmail runs to grab the emails for RT (how you do that will depend on your local mail system and how much control you have over it)

OR

b) accept that RT will create these new tickets and write a custom local scrip that can spot them based on some condition (the email sender, some text in the message, etc) and immediately resolve or delete them.
