Seems like I’m not the only one…
The enhanced-mailgate is working fine, but I can’t set
the priority and final-priority.
I’ve tried to set RT-Due and RT-Requestor with success.
But I can’t touch the priorities.
This is what the body of the e-mail looks like:
RT-Final-Priority: 60
RT-Priority: 20
RT-Requestor: +requestor@snyrre.de
RT-Due: 6/7/2002
hahah, final prio → 50
actual prio → 20
blablabla
I’ve seen this question before, but no answer.
Does anybody knows how to touch the priorities by ticketcreation
via e-mail?
