I’m using RT 2.0.13 and want to use priority.
Does the priority changes with time to the limit I specified?
The sentence in the queue-config says so:
Priority starts at: 0 Over time, priority moves toward: 10
So, when the ticket should be due in 2 days, my priority doesn’t move
toward 10. It stays by 0.
Is there something else I have to do, so that my priority changes with time?
