Hello,
in draftmanual are described that priority is represented as numeric scale
from 0 to 99. Now I noticed that I can set the finalpriority/ priority of a
queue or a ticket to 2000 or to -5 for example.
Does someone fix this already?
For tickets I would check priorities in web.pm->ProcessTicketBasics. Is thats
the right file or is otherwhere a better place?
