Hi,
I have one particular user in Request Tracker 4.0.7 for whom i want to prevent creation of Tickets in certain Queues, in other Queues he should still be able to create tickets as he is able now to create in all Queues. I tried with rights, this is tricky to do with Queue and Global rights for specific user and specific Queues.
Can you help me to do this either via rights or via Scrip and Template ?
