I was trying to edit the default 10 highest priority tickets I own and clearly I did something bad, and now all my users get this:
Predefined search My Tickets not found
I have no idea how these searches work and I cannot work out how to get it back. They do not seem to be in the database…
Please can someone advise me how to fix.
