I’ve noticed a behavior that seems like a bug:
When a user selects an Article by mistake, clears the content, and then selects another Article, RT creates links for both Articles on the Ticket.
Shouldn’t RT only link the final selected Article?
Would it make sense for RT to track which Articles were actually inserted/linked during the creation of a comment or reply?
Has anyone else experienced this or found a workaround?
