Personal "Outgoing Mail" setting

Hi all,

I can’t seem to figure out how to change the default for the “Outgoing
Mail” setting to be “Yes” instead of “No”. Any assistance with pointing
me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!

“Outgoing Mail” setting to be “Yes” instead of “No”. Any assistance
with pointing me in the right direction would be greatly
appreciated!

‘Should RT send you mail for ticket updates you make?’ is controlled
by the NotifyActor setting.

Turning it on/off doesn’t turn mail on/off, it just changes whether or
not you get email for actions you do, but you can read more about it
in the config.
