Permissions to view "More about the requestors" on ticket screen

We have RT setup to display several pieces of info about users in the “More about the requestors” on the ticket screen. The problem is that the technicians cannot see the details of other users while RT admins can see the info. We are missing and have not found the magic permission to allow the techs to see this info. Apparently it had been displaying for everyone with RT 4 but not RT 5.
