As far as I investigated, you would try following.
(1)Creating a new ticket
mail to email@example.com
Content: No RT command. Only comment.
(2)Adding a comment
mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
Content: your comment
(3)Some action to ticket
mail to email@example.com
Content: %rt user your_user_id
%rt pass your_password
I have not yet done all the test. %rt set due command still fails to
understand the date.
