I can create request with the web interface. I can follow up on them and
add to the requests via email.
But I cannot create requests via email.
Although the user sending the mail is specified as being able to create
requests in that queue I always get the same error:
There has been an error:
There has been an error with your request:
You don’t have permission to create requests in this queue

Any suggestions would be great.

As far as I investigated, you would try following.
(1)Creating a new ticket
mail to correspond@your.domain.com
Content: No RT command. Only comment.
(2)Adding a comment
mail to comment@your.doain.com
Content: your comment
(3)Some action to ticket
mail to action@your.domain.com
Content: %rt user your_user_id
%rt pass your_password
%rt command
I have not yet done all the test. %rt set due command still fails to
understand the date.
