"Permission denied"?


I was wondering if anyone else has seen the following problem: we keep
getting “Premission denied” messages from RTIR whenever someone replies
to the ticket. The funny thing is that the reply is recorded!

I have set up permissions so that I allow all System groups as well as
Roles groups the “ReplyToTicket”, so that is not it (I guess). What I
get in logs is:

May 3 14:51:23 ostrv RT: Found a ticket ID. It’s 15640
May 3 14:51:24 ostrv RT: RT::Scrip=HASH(0xa259760): Couldn’t prepare
Open Tickets (/opt/rt3/lib/RT/Scrip_Overlay.pm:346)

Is this a known problem?
