Permission denied when replying to a ticket via mail

Hi.

Yesterday I have removed some Group Rights. Today, I’ve got the following
error when replying to an existing ticket via mail:

Permission Denied

I have to give one group the right ‘ReplyToTicket’, haven’t I?

If yes, which group?
If no, what else?

Ok, I’m stupid.

I’ve read the FAQ two times, then I sent the mail. Reading the FAQ a third
time, the answer was suddenly there :slight_smile:
