Permission denied. User #36 has no SeeCustomField right on CF #2

Hi,
I am seeing this error in the log and i don’t know why?

i created 2 custom, fields ,
in queue i added those cs.
i created a group of users and add to this group SeeCustomField and to the staff ModifyCustomField,
i can create a ticket and see the field, but when clicking create i saw this error in the log.
am i missing something?

I assume user #36 is in the group? Also is the SeeCustomField given to the group on a particular queue, on the custom field directly or globally?
