Performance with Reply

Hi All

I noticed the RT performance considerably faster with 3.0.11 for most of
the time. The only time I see a delay about may be 15/20secs when I
click on the reply button first time (for new ticket)

Has this issue been addressed before specific to reply delay? I like to
see some suggestions that I should try to improve the reply time

I am assuming no one experienced delay while trying to reply using the
repky button. I am hoping that RT 3.2 will perform better. Looking
forward to the new release on Wednesday
