Hello,
Can someone clarify if the people added at ticket creation to CC and
Admin CC are classed (for the purposes of a scrip) as CC and Admin CC,
or other recipients? Basically, I want to notify people added as CC and
Admin CC at ticket creation time and I need to know which action to use!
