UMBC leverages BOX for our cloud storage.
I see the native options for Dropbox and AmazonS3
My hope was to create a folder in BOX that was only usable by RT and thus security of our BOX solution is provided via the RT ticket. In other words, if a user has access to a ticket now they can see the attachment because it is all within RT. If stored in a folder in external storage do users need access to that folder or is RT sufficient and the security within RT is still enforced.
Am I assuming too much here?
