I added a NotifyCc ScripAction to the database using the following SQL
INSERT into scripactions (name, description, execmodule, argument)
values (‘NotifyCcs’, ‘Sends mail to the Ccs’, ‘Notify’, ‘Cc’);
And there’s a global Scrip “OnCreate NotifyCcs with template
However, no mail is sent to the person listed under Cc: when I create
a new ticket using the web interface.
