I have seen RT::Extension::SMSNotify and will look to use it for technician notifications. However, I am seeking a way for my customers to open tickets via SMS. A good amount of my customers work in a very fluid environment that requires them to move between multiple terminals. When they run into a technical issue they do not always have access to the company email account and historically they will SMS message directly a technician and inevitably those messages get missed and never followed up on.
Has anyone implemented a way to handle SMS messages opening new tickets?
