All,
I’ve set up a Scrip in one of my queues as OnResolve NotifyOwner with a
template I created. Nothing custom - however it just isn’t working. I
always get:
[Mon Mar 8 18:45:13 2004] [info]:
rt-3.0.8-221-895.12.6503079574066@privacyinc.com
No recipients found. Not sending.
(/opt/rt3/lib/RT/Action/SendEmail.pm:257)
I’m baffled, as this should be pretty straightforward behavior and I
can’t believe that if it was a bug I’m the only one who would see it…
Thoughts?

In your testing, is the owner the one resolving the ticket?
If so, see $NotifyActor in RT_SiteConfig.pm.

Doh! I knew it would end up being something silly on my part. Thanks
for the sanity check… I just changed that option and its working
perfectly now…
