I have installed RT. But when i send an email to my address for RT, this one is no delete in the mailbox and is add every 4 minutes in RT as a ticket.

I’m not sure I understand your setup. There is no mailbox for RT…the
mail is sent to the mailgate using aliases in your mail program.

I have a mailbox ! The mails are recover by fetchmail and the rt-mailgate is
called by
“mda “/opt/rt3/bin/rt-mailgate --queue --action correspond --url
http://127.0.0.1/””
in .fetchmailrc

fetchmail is not part of RT, and you have to teach it how to skip
already read messages.

I do an upgrade on a test platform from an existing system which works well,
with the same line code in .fetchmailrc
It must be another thing which do skeaping already read messages.
