OnCreate parse subject to set custom field

Hi,

i would like to set a custom field to a special value if the subject contains a defined string. I am not a Peal developer, so i need some assistance. Anybody able to help?

Hi, maybe this can helps: RT::Extension::ExtractCustomFieldValues - extract CF values from email headers or body - metacpan.org
