Oldest Unowned Tickets

Hey all,

Just curious if anyone might know how to manipulate the code into getting the oldest unowned tickets to appear
in the main window instead of the newest unowned.

rt3/share/html/Elements/MyRequests

Change de sort “Order” and change the title of TitleBox in MyRequest
