Okay really dumb question, but how do I create a ticket

I see the option if the logged on user has “Let this user be granted rights (Privileged)” checked. But I don’t want to grant end users “Privileged” rights.

Maybe it is as simple as editing the page that the non Privileged users logon to. If so, please point me in the right direction.

Check the Group Rights on the queue admin pages. For everyone to create a ticket you’ll need to assign the CreateTicket privilege to everyone…
