Numeric user id's

Hi all
I need some help.
we are using RT-3.2.3 and we need to create numeric user id’s like
00001,00009. numeric id’s can be created but these users are not able to
login to RT. is there any solution for it. many new versions of RT are
available now, does any of these version support numeric ID.

We had a similar problem. Solution was to put the numeric id in the
gecos field and use the email address for the user name… Then when
loading a user, do a LoadByGecos to get the user…-----Original Message-----
