RT 2.1.72 will finally contain the long awaited “Notify with
attachments” feature. To activate it, add a header to the top of any
message template that reads
RT-Attach-Message: yes
(as always, be sure that you have two newlines between your headers and
the body of your template.
A couple of the standard templates have been changed to notify with
attachments, rather than including the body of the message inline. I’d
appreciate feedback on these settings before I declare beta 2, early
next week.
