Hello,
I need to be alerted via email when a new ticket is created in a
queue. Is there a way to do that?

I think you want to add a “watcher” to the queue as an Admin cc:

Queues -> Select queue -> “Watchers” on top bar just to the right of
Basics.

That’s what I’m doing, anyway…
