Struggling to ID and correct RT outbound email problem. Since I can
replicate the problem I’m assuming that the problem lies in my
understanding or implementation.
RT outbound messages are only sent to the first address of any given
- only first admin cc listed receives mail
- only first watcher address receives mail
- only first cc address receives mail
Thoughts on what I’m might be overlooking?
Installation is RT windows port with Symantec AntiVirus for SMTP
Gateways (separate server).
Have also tested with WIN2K SMTP running on same box as RT (localroot)
with same result.
