Non user replying to an existing ticket - upgraded 4.4.1 --> 5.0.1

Hi, I’ve recently upgraded from 4.4.1 to 5.0.1.

If I place a comment and send it to a non-user email the message arrives.
If the non-user replies, the message does not get into the ticket, RT sends a mail back to the user indicating: You do not have permission to communicate with RT

The queue has the permissions to everyone comment and reply on tickets.

The log sais:

How can I auto-create a user?, I don’t what to auto-create tickets, just users.

As usual… the problem was between the keyboard and the chair, I had a typo on AutoCreateNonExternalUsers
