I’ve been through the FAQ’s and the archives, and haven’t found the
answer or if it’s possible. Is there any way to let the requestor without
rights view a ticket without logging in? Don’t even care if they all use a
common account and the credentials are stuck in the URL (a la the “view your
ticket” email generated by scrips).
Anybody had luck with this?
