Hi All, sorry if this is common knowledge or an intentional feature, but granting the ShowConfigTab right to any privileged user appears to allow them to change the global RT at a Glance screen. This seems to be changed from the beviour introduced back in 2009 for v3.8.4.
Could also be something weird in my configuration – we are quite new to modern RT versions (we’re on 5.0.1, but we still have some queues on our old rt3 server still in production! That server doesn’t allow the users to mess with the RT at a Glance config).
