I have rt set up with :
| preline /usr/local/rt/bin/rt-mailgate new correspond
in my .qmail-rt
The web interface shows the message correctly, so I click Take It and
then click Reply. I enter a reply and get :
correspondence sent
But there’s no e-mail being sent to the original person.
Any ideas what this might be ?
I have been experiencing this problem for quite a while now…i think that
it only occurs when using the Web UI but I am not certain…i do have the
aliases setup correctly…for example
rt_systems: “|/usr/local/rt/bin/rt-mailgate systems correspond”
Do anyone have any suggestions…?

Check the web server’s error log; possibly there is a permissions problem
somewhere or a bad PATH or LD_LIBRARY_PATH, etc, in which case there should
be an error message in the log.
