No attachments from web interface in 3.2.1

I have discovered that when you add an attachment using the web interface the attachment is not mailed to the requestor, only the text. However, when the attachment is MAILED to RT the requestor gets it. In both cases the attachment can be seen in the ticket.

Is this something that can be configured or is something wrong?

See note in Request Tracker Wiki about magic header
field.

Check your templates. May be this actions is covered by different templates.

Ruslan,

I’ve checked. Both the AdminCorrespondence and Correspondance Global
templates being used have the ‘RT-Attach-Message: Yes’ header line.

So it’s still a mystery. :frowning:
