I am new to RT, so hello and thanks for this excellent software!

A question: Is there any documentation about how to write my own
scrips? Where can I fiond the code for the existing ones?

Google for archive, keywords:
custom action, user defined and so on.
I’ve posted examples of such actions.

Hi,

I am new to RT (and Linux for that matter), I have installed it and
everything seems to be working fine.

I am a bit confused over rights and scrips, I’ve read the draft manual and
its very good at telling you what everything does but not why. Does anyone
know of a best practices document or something that tells you what can be
accomplished with RT and how to get started?
