Newbie -- file upload issue

All:
I am having an issue attaching files 2mb (or larger) – it doesn’t! No
error but the ticket reloads with no attachment. The max file size in
RT_Siteconfig.pm is set to 10mb. Is there another setting I need to adjust?

Mysql’s max_allowed_packet needs to be increased in your my.cnf
