New import utility fails to import ticket data

On running the import-1.0-to-2.0 the following occurs:

User creation is good
Queue creation is good
Keyword from Area creation is good

but…

Importing tickets…

main::MigrateTickets() called at import-1.0-to-2.0 line 72

1.root@slowlaris:/home/src/rt/tools

This is where it breaks. Is there a new dependancy that I am unaware
of?

Nope. there’s a known bug that I haven’t been able to reproduce locally.
This bug is the reason that the importer has been decoupled from the 2.0.0
release. I’m hoping to get it figured out in the next few weeks.
