i’d like to know what are the new features in 3.4.2 version about the 3.0.11 ?
In addition, it is possible to have fields filled by send e-mail to rt ?
Does exist other plugin that the one for the statistics ?

No, but AFAIK 3.5.x development branch has statistics in core.

Yes, 3.5.X has Stats in the core. Very nice and pretty. Graphs can be
drawn from any SearchBuilder query :))))
