NEW Extension RT::Extension::ReplyWithMail

Hi all,

I developed an extension that adds a new action called “Reply with mail”. After clicking the action, your default mail client will open a new mail with the TO: CC: and Subject: fields populated with the appropriate info relative to each ticket.

Test the functionality by pressing the dummy link below :

Tested with RT 5.0.2 and Outlook client
