Hi,
I would like to accomplish the following:
I have 3 queues, and some of the tickets in these queues are
interrelated. Is it possible (with a scrip or otherwise) to achieve
that if the status of a ticket in Queue 1 is changed, then the status
of the related tickets (appearing for instance in the Depends on
section) are automatically changed?
