I have a queue with a name “name_queue” and this queue points to an email
in its configuration; but this email address has a diferent name.
RT know this correspondence when create a ticket from RT.
But if I send a mail from any host, to the name-of-email-queue RT refused
RT couldn’t find the queue: “web_y_gdoc”
Part of the /etc/aliases:
web_y_gdoc: "|/soft/rt3/bin/rt-mailgate --queue web_y_gdoc --action
correspond --url http://webrt.ciemat.es:8080/"
web_y_gdoc-comment: “|/soft/rt3/bin/rt-mailgate --queue web_y_gdoc --action

I have confirmed, the queues that match its name with its email-address,
