My RT acting up

I’m running RT 2.0.13. All of a sudden I cannot see any of the Comments
associated with ANY tickets. I also can’t access any user information
when I go to the “Configuration” section. There have been no
configuration changes. I have restarted apache and mysql several times
already to no avail. Anyone ever seen this behavior?

Hmmm. Check for database corruption, perhaps. Search the mailing list
archives for a thread from the first part of June 2002 with the subject line
"Urgent: “permission denied” / “Correspondence (probably) not recorded”".
Good luck!

RE: [rt-users] My RT acting upI had this issue just the other day. In my case I didn’t check my DB backups and they ran my disk out of space. Check your free disk space “df -h”. In my case after freeing the disk space RT was fine.

Also, just look if RT has write permissions to it’s log files. These may get
lost when using a badly configured tmpwatch or similar.
