I would like to ask for your help with my current RT headache (i’m new at RT and perl, so please excuse my ignorance ):
- our customers use the Self Service page to open hardware repairing tickets
- currently they can add one or more serial numbers and they should add a problem description in the main text box
- a big issue appears when we have multiple SNs and very confusing problem descriptions since the clients don’t indicate correctly which SN has which problem
To solve this problem, I would like to add in the Self Service page a custom field that permits adding one or more value fields and a corresponding description for each field like in the screen capture below:
I’ve searched the available topics, but I couldn’t find something that could help me.
