I’m having some email problems with RT3. When I upgraded from 3.02 to 3.03 I started getting 2 emails instead of 1 everytime I made a change to a ticket. I just upgraded to 3.04 and now I get 3 emails for every change!
Is this a new feature?? How can I fix this up and go back to just 1 email…

I haven’t modified any of the scrips… just using the standard ones. This
multiple email thing happens on every email scrip that is run - from opening
a ticket, to commenting and replying.
