Hi there,
I’ve got several different buildings that require support, but all are
grouped from within the same organization. What I’d like to do is
create different Correspondence Addresses so that a user can email in to
foo-help@mydomain and immediately land in the Foo queue, while another
user can email bar-help@mydomain, and land in the Bar queue. Is it
possible to do this, and if so, how?
Have been digging through the wiki but nothing yet…
Cheers,

The aliases in your email system provide the queue names. There
is no requirement for the email address to match the queue - you
can send them anywhere you want.
