RT seems to not heed conventioned splitting things like the one-time
cc field on commas
(or semi-colons), seemingly expecting only single recipients? Has
anyone else noticed
this? Is there some design rationale for it? There are one or two
places in the email
handling code where strings get split on /,/ but in 3.8.1 commenting
on a ticket with two
usernames separated by /, / results in only the 1st user receiving a
copy of the comment
according to the outgoing message. I’ve tried looking at the code to
see where I might
patch, but am unable to even determine where the real work of
Tickets/Update.html
actually happens on SubmitTicket. Perhaps “intuitively” in GPG?
