Please how can i set up multi tenancy with request tracker.
i would like to run multi instance with the same database.

I’ve seen people asking on the forum/previous mailing list about multiple tenancy use of RT, but I think that’s mostly providing different organisations with queues and groups. The biggest issue in those cases is getting the access rights correct so that people in one organisation can’t see people in another, especially if sometime people do cross-organisation working.
Frankly, I’d probably spin up a separate database and front end for each tenant as that seems simpler and safer to me.
