Moving RT from one computer to another?

I currently have RT 3.2 running under Ubuntu Hoary.

I would like to export the RT database to a different computer running
a fresh install of Ubuntu Dapper and RT 3.4.

Is there more to it than a pg_dump and restore of the RT database?
Any particular gotchas I should watch for?
