we recently changed our way to create tickets to an external form. On the switch most of our RT-staff lost its “Create Ticket” permission. Tickets are now created by an api-user. RT-Version is 5.0.3.
Without the permission to create tickets the users are currently unable to move tickets from one queue to another - they get the message “Permission Denied”. This seems quite counterintuitive since I would associate this action with “Modify Ticket”. Is this behaviour intended? Is there a way to change it?
